高功率激光器窗口热变形分析的有限元方法
FINITE ELEMENT METHOD IN THERMAL DEFORMATION ANALYSIS OF HIGH POWER LASER WINDOWS

摘要: 建立了窗口热变形的非稳态数学模型, 采用有限元法计算了普通石英窗口和中心冷却窗口在激光照射下的温度场分布和热变形, 在净吸收功率50W的相同条件下, 普通石英窗口最大热变形为2.4μm, 中央冷却窗口为1.2μm, 计算结果与实验数据相符。Abstract: The time varying thermal deformation model of the window irradiated high power laser is analyzed in detai l. By finitetemperature field distributions and thermal de formati on of elememt method, the SiOcooling window are studied. Under the same condition of 2 windows and the center absorbed 50W laser power, the maximum deformation of the normal SiO 2 window is 2.4μm, and that of the central cooled window is 1.2μm. The calc ulation results argee with the experimental value perfectly.
