石英玻璃中导带电子的光吸收

摘要: 分别用二阶和三阶微扰理论计算了193nm、355nm激光照射下石英玻璃中导带电子的单光子吸收速率和双光子吸收速率。结果表明,电子空穴散射参与的单光子吸收和声学声子参与的双光子吸收都是材料中导带电子吸收激光能量的重要过程。Abstract: By secondorder and thirdord er p erturbation theory, the interaction rates of intense laser fields at wavelength of 193 nm and 355nm with the conductionband electrons of fused silica are calc ulated. Compared with the linear absorption of the conductionband electron sim ultaneousely absorbing or emitting an acoustic or a longitudinal optical phonon, the linear absorption simultaneousely scattering off a hole and the twophoton absorption are also important in the process of the electrons tr ansferring laser energy to solids.
