高帧频Shack-Hartmann探测的波前处理技术研究

摘要: 高帧频Shack-Hartmann波前传感器常用于自适应光学系统中实时探测光束的动态波前误差,其输出信号必须由高速波前处理机进行处理和运算。结合61单元自适应光学系统中采样频率为2900Hz的hack-Hartmann波前传感器的特点,讨论了采用高帧频Shack-Hartmann探测的自适应光学系统的实时波前处理方法。

Abstract: High sampling frequency ShackHartmann wavefront sensor is used to measure the dynamic wavefront error in adaptive optics system. Its output signal must be processed by wavefront processor. In this paper, the method of real time processing for high sampling frequency ShackHartmann wavefront sensor was discussed. As an example, the results for 2900 Hz ShackHartmann wavefront sensor was given.-
