Abstract: A microwave electrin gun cavity structure with coupling cavity of antiarrowshaped crosssection is described in this paper. This structure has the advantages of decrease electrons backbombardment power to the cathode, good radial E field symmetry, small radial size, simplicity in fabrication, loose dimension altolerance．
