1GW超宽带单周期脉冲辐射源实验研究

摘要: 利用600kV铁芯充电脉冲变压器和压缩开关,作为初级脉冲功率系统和亚纳秒单开关技术,产生了峰值功率1.6GW、脉冲全底宽5.5ns的单周期脉冲,可在高于20Hz重复 频率下稳定运行。设计了同轴双锥天线,辐射功率大于500MW。初步掌握了产生和辐射高峰值功率超宽带脉冲的绝缘和能量损耗,特别是50Ω超宽带负载设计等技术难题。Abstract: The sing periodic cycle pulse of 1.6GW peak power, 20Hz repetition rate has been generated. It radiated peak power of more than 500MW with a coaxial biconical antenna. The insulation properties and energy loss during generating and radiating high peak power and ultrawide band (UWB ) pulse are acquired. The experiments show that the materials insulation and d ispersion in subnanosecond pulse should be further investigated.
