电子束的收集

摘要: 为提高电子冷却装置中收集器的效率,研究了收集效率与几何参数,电、磁参数的关系,考虑了初级及反射电子的空间电荷作用,模拟计算了初级电子、反射电子在收集器区域的轨迹,由此得到了收集效率随电、磁参数的变化规律。结果表明,在合适的参数设置下,相对电流损失小于,收集效率达到。Abstract: High efficiency collector is favorable for stable operation of electron cooling device and regulation of high voltage power supply. In this paper,the dependence of collector efficiency on the geometric,electrical and magnetic factors is investigated. The result shows that high efficiency can be obtained under appropriate parameter setup. The loss current with respect to primary beam current is less than,the efficiency is .
