Abstract: High efficiency collector is favorable for stable operation of electron cooling device and regulation of high voltage power supply. In this paper，the dependence of collector efficiency on the geometric，electrical and magnetic factors is investigated. The result shows that high efficiency can be obtained under appropriate parameter setup. The loss current with respect to primary beam current is less than，the efficiency is .
