分段表面放电击穿特性研究

摘要: 给出了采用表面滑闪放电诱导长距离(42cm)、线性等离子体通道大电流放电的分段表面放电辐射源的结构,依据传输线模型计算了分段表面放电辐射源放电通道电场分布,分析了触发脉冲和比表面电容对击穿特性的影响,实现了各段总的放电分散时间小于100ns。Abstract: An optical pump source is constructed on the basis of a sectioned low voltage surface discharge in the form of strictly linear plasma channels with a total working length of 42 cm . A distributed-transmission-line model on the distribution of the electric field along the surface of the radiation source is developed. The effect from the trigger pulse and the specific capacitance of the dielectric substrate is analyzed and a small time scatter of operation from the individual sections (<100ns) is obtained in experiment.
