摘要: 夏克-哈特曼(Shack-Hartmann)波前传感器由于其光能利用率高、结构简单等优点,是目前自适应光学系统波前传感器的主要形式。本文分析了像增强型CCD(ICCD)波前探测器的光斑信号采样值的统计特性并提出了质心探测误差的数学模型,实验分析了我们的C2166型像增强器ICCD波前传感器的探测精度,并给出实验分析结果。结果表明,理论分析与实验数据非常一致。Abstract: The Shack-Hartmann wavefront sensor is the most popular type in adaptive optics system operated with faint objects, because of its outstanding advantages in high light efficiency, simple structure. In this paper, the signal statistics of image-intensified CCD(ICCD) wavefront sensor is analysized, and a mathematical model of its measurement error is given. One kind of ICCD(C2166 type image intensifier from Hamamatsu Photonics) wavefront sensor is tested. The results show that the different pixel sampling values of ICCD are not independent statistically and the measurement signals don’t obey the characteristics of Poisson distribution. No only the photon noises and readout noises, but also the gain fluctuation noises exist in the ICCD wavefront sensor. The measurement error is dependent on
