径向速调管振荡器的理论设计与数值模拟

摘要: 分析了一次性微波源—基于渡越时间效应的径向速调管振荡器的微波产生和起振条件。进行了GW级功率输出径向速调管振荡器的理论设计和数值模拟,得到1.6×2GW(f=6.0GHz)的峰值功率微波输出(周期平均),在给定的电压脉冲条件下,微波脉冲宽度约为40ns(FWHM)。Abstract: On a certain approximation, the generation and the oscillation of microwave in the cavity based on transit-time effect for one shot microwave source are analyzed. For reasons given, we have made theoretical design and numerical simulation of radial klystron oscillator for GW level output. A peak value (average over a period) of 1.6 2GW ( f = 6.0GHz) is obtained. The width of the microwave putse is 40ns under the condition of the potential pulse width of 116ns. An electron efficiency is about 12.8%.
