多通放大器腔内杂散光

摘要: 对4程放大器中杂散光1至3阶会聚点进行了计算。以神光III原型装置光路概念设计某方案为例,光线追踪结果显示:两个空间滤波器的透镜反射面在光腔内产生约900多个可能引起激光材料损伤的鬼像会聚点。Abstract: The focusing locations of stray light are calculated based on the design data of 4-pass cavity, an example from the SG-III prototype module main amplifier. Numerical simulation results by ray tracing method show that more than 900 ghost images (1st to 3rd order) are generated by surface reflection of transport spatial filter lenses, and the peak fluency of some ghosts exceed typical optical damage level on the laser material.
