无源虚共焦非稳腔光束特性模拟

摘要: 采用FFT方法，详细研究了无源圆形球面虚共焦非稳腔的光束特性，给出了三维稳态模型。考虑腔镜倾斜效应和变反射率输出耦合镜导致的光束质量和输出功率变化等问题。讨论了在中等放大率和大Fresnel数模式下的近场光束特性和远场光束质量。Abstract: The three-dimensional mode are calculated pattern using the fast Fourier trans-form(FFT) algorithm in confocal unstable resonators, especilly discussed the near-field andfar-field results for large eguivalent fresnel number(Neq>10) and middle magnification(M ≤3.0), taking into accout the mirror tilt and change reflection of output mirrors.
