掺Nd离子LNA激光晶体的激光特性研究

摘要: 掺钕离子的LNA因具有宽荧光谱线、高的增益系数、高掺杂浓度和有利于多种泵浦类型的宽的吸收光谱而被应用于超短脉冲领域。利用负反馈控制技术对这种新型的激光材料进行了锁模研究。获得了近变换限的脉宽5ps,光谱半宽0.43nm的稳定激光输出。Abstract: Neodumium-dopted LNA crystal promises to be used in ultrashort laser pulse because of it having wide spectrum bandwidth, high gain, high dopted concentration, and wide absorption bandwidth for multiful pump source type. The new-mode lasing material was applied to negative feedback controlled mode locking technique on the facility. As a result, 5ps laser pulse near transform-limit was obtained.
