扰相法抑制柱列阵线聚焦系统中的干涉斑纹

摘要: 提出一种新的扰相技术，用于抑制列阵线聚焦系统中的干涉斑纹，可获得时间平滑后的光滑光强分布。文中给出了详细的理论分析和数值计算结果，并论证了工程可行性。Abstract: A novel technique of Phase-Disturbed Plate(PDP) has been developed to suppress interference speckles in array line focus systems. The detailed theoretical analysis and numerical calculation results have been given. Finally, its engineering feasibility has been discussed.
