激光时空分布对钢靶温度场及热软化的影响

摘要: 用有限元模型数值模拟了能量和作用时间相同而时空分布不同的连续波激光辐照下,带涂层钢靶的温度场和热软化分布。结果表明,光强空间分布不同时,靶后表面温度分布虽有不同程度的差别,但材料中部的热软化差别很小,仅热软化的范围略有改变;光强时间分布不同时,靶面温升的历史不同,但最终温度和温度分布都趋于一致。模拟分析结果与实验结果一致。Abstract: In this paper, a two-dimensional finite element model is used to evaluate the temperature and thermal-softening distribution of coated 30CrMnSiA steel plate induced by different temporally and spacially distributed CW laser. The simulation results show that different laser intensity spacial distributions give rise to different target surface temperature distributions and material thermal softening distributions, but both the difference in temperature field and heat softening distributions are all much smaller than that of laser spacial profiles. Laser wave has influence on target temperature rise history, but has little influence on final temperature and its distribution.
