三原子准分子Kr2F激光的实验研究

摘要: 在电子束泵浦Ar、Kr、F2混合气体中,获得了中心波长为415nm的三原子准分子Kr2F的蓝色激光发射。在总气压为0.3MPa条件下,激光输出能量达到2mJ,光谱带宽约15nm。在采用平–平谐振腔时,激光发射角为5mrad,实验中首次观测到370nm等多条激光振荡谱线。Abstract: The emission from blue Kr2F excimer laser centered at 415nm has been achieved in e –beam –pumped Ar/Kr/F2 mixture. The laser energy is up to 2mJ at p=0.3MPa. The spectral bandwidth is 15nm and laser divergent angle is 5mrad. For first time the multi –split laser spectrum line are observed at near 370nm.
