上海软X光胶片响应的相对标定

摘要: 介绍了在同步辐射源上用透射光栅对“上海”软X光胶片进行相对标定的方法，初步研究了“上海”胶片的特性，得到了在276eV和930eV两能点的胶片黑密度与相对曝光量的关系曲线；应用标定结果，计算了光栅的衍射效率。Abstract: A method of relative calibration for “Shanghai” soft X ray film, using transmission grating on synchrotron radiation source, is introduced. Characteristics of the film have been studied briefly. Dependence of optical density on relative exposure have been obtained at photon energy of 276eV and 930eV, respectively. The results have been utilized to calibrate diffraction efficiency of transmission grating.
