摘要: 采用多模Nd:YAG激光器泵浦非临界相位匹配的KTP-OPO,获得了光束角2.3 mrad、输出能量400 mJ、平均功率12 W、光-光转换效率40%的1 572 nm激光。泵浦源的参数为:能量1 J、重复频率30 Hz。分析认为:采用KTP OPO将Nd:YAG激光器的1 μm激光转换到人眼安全波段的方法是获得1.5 μm激光的最有效的手段之一;非临界相位匹配的KTP-OPO的主要优点是大的接受角和无走离,因此即使多纵模激光泵浦情况下也可以获得很高的转换效率。Abstract: The KTP OPO was studied for frequency conversion of Nd-doped lasers to longer wavelengths and can be used as the basis for eye-safe lidar systems operating in the 1 550 nm wavelength region. One of the major advantages of OPO based on KTP and its isomorphs is the ability to operate with non-critical phase matching (NCPM). The large acceptance angle for NCPM permits efficient OPO operation even with multi-transverse-mode pump lasers. The operation efficiency of KTP optical parametric oscillators (OPO) pumped by multimode Nd:YAG lasers was recently demonstrated. The highest pulse energy(400 mJ )and highest average-power signal output(12 W) of signal output at 1571 nm from a singly-resonant OPO with a 1 J, 30 Hz, Nd:YAG pump laser were obtained.
