高介电常数复合介质固态Blumlein线
Solid state Blumlein line with high dielectric constant polymer-composite

摘要: 以陶瓷聚合物复合介质作为储能介质,砷化镓光导半导体开关作为开关,设计了带状Blumlein线并对其进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,复合介质Blumlein介电常数高达80~250,在21 Ω的匹配负载上获得电压幅值为2 kV,前沿小于5 ns,半高宽约34 ns,波动约±1%的平顶宽为22 ns的电压脉冲,能满足脉冲功率系统小型化的应用要求。

Abstract: The design of strip Blumlein line was presented with the polymer-composite as energy storage dielectric and GaAs-PCSS as circuit switch.The experment results show that relative permittivity of the polymer-composite reaches 80~250, the permittivity and susceptibility of the dielectric do not change under different voltages.The risetime of voltage pulse of the strip Blumlein line is less than 5 ns, the flat top is about 22 ns with ripples of flattop about ±1%. The designed Blumlein line can satisfy the needs of application.-
