220 GHz回旋单腔管的设计
Design of a 220 GHz gyrotron oscillator

摘要: 根据回旋管的线性理论和回旋管自洽非线性理论设计出工作频率为220 GHz,工作电压为20 kV,工作电流为2 A的回旋单腔振荡管,采用的工作模式为TE03模。利用粒子模拟软件MAGIC对设计方案进行验证,得到的注波互作用效率达到37%,平均输出功率为15 kW。Abstract: The design of a 15 kW, 220 GHz gyrotron operating in TE03 mode is presented according to the linear theory and the nonlinear self-consistent theory of gyrotrons. The gyrotron’s electron beam current is 2 A and its electron beam voltage is 20 kV. The results of the simulation using PIC code show that the efficiency of beam-wave interaction is as high as 37%.
