多层镜软X光能谱仪的结构设计与有限元分析

摘要: 8通道多层镜软X光能谱仪结构采用整体式,结合中心准直机构,保证了多层镜的角度,实现系统整体瞄准,大大简化了瞄准程序。建立了谱仪的3维模型,利用ANSYS软件完成了有限元分析。静力学分析结果表明,在重力作用下准直件的变形较大,y方向上的变形量为0.016 mm,通过增加准直筒厚度可消除影响。模态分析得到了影响谱仪使用性能必须避免的噪声。分析结果为保证谱仪测量精度提供了理论依据。Abstract: In the spectrometer, a cone, used to mount eight multilayer-mirrors, was combined with a central collimation device to obtain the required angles of multilayer-mirrors. Therefore the system could be collimated easily as a whole. 3-D model of the spectrometer was created and its finite-element analysis was completed by using ANSYS. Static analysis results show that the biggest distortion on the collimation device is 0.016 mm in the direction of y axis, which is the effect of gravitation and might be eliminated by increasing the thickness of the part. Besides, model analysis could identify some noises that should be avoided in operational environment. Those all are theoretical foundation for spectrometer’s precision.
