频谱搬移法提高成像分辨率的实验研究

摘要: 频谱搬移法是一种能使截止频率以外的目标频谱通过成像系统的高分辨率成像技术,其效果明显但实现比较困难。为验证其原理上的可行性以及为实际应用提供参考,提出了实现这种方法的一种实验方案。该方案将干涉余弦条纹场记录在干板上,形成余弦光栅,利用CCD摄像机透过此余弦光栅直接对目标物体成像。余弦光栅代替照射目标的干涉条纹场,实现对目标物体的频谱搬移;利用步进电机带动光栅的移动实现条纹场的扫描;一个用软件实现的1维低通滤波器与CCD摄像机组合成为光学成像系统。实验结果对比表明,该方法是可行的,并且能大幅度提高成像系统的分辨率。Abstract: High frequencies beyond the cut-off frequency could pass through imaging systems after spectrum shifting, which is one of high resolution imaging technologies. The effect of this technology is obvious but difficult to achieve. To verify its feasibility and provide references for practical application, an experimental scheme has been put forward. In this scheme, the stripe field of laser interference is replaced by a cosine grating, and the imaging system is constituted by a CCD camera and a one-dimensional low-pass filter implemented by software. For the stripe field has to be moved several times equidistantly in one cycle, in this scheme, the motion of the stripe field is replaced by the translation of the cosine grating.
