摘要: 研究了计算同轴正弦型慢波结构耦合阻抗的方法,以及慢波结构参数变化引起的共振点变化对各次空间谐波振幅的影响。得到了1.6 GHz同轴相对论返波振荡器耦合阻抗随其慢波结构参数的变化规律,并与相应的效率模拟结果进行了比较。结果表明在近线性范围内耦合阻抗结果和模拟结果符合得很好。并用表面波理论对两种结果之间存在的误差进行了分析。

Abstract: The calculation method is studied for coupling impedance of coaxial sinusoidal slow wave structure (SWS), which considers the influence of synchronous point on the amplitudes of harmonic waves of quasi-TEM mode. Based on the theory of coupling impedance, the efficiency of a compact 1.6 GHz coaxial relativistic backward wave oscillator (RBWO) is investigated varying the structure parameters of SWS. Numerical results of coupling impedance and results of PIC simulation with KARAT code match well in the linear region, and their differences are analyzed using surface wave theory.
