Deducing two-dimensional space-charge-limited flow first-level approximating formula from Coulomb’s law

摘要: 为了准确计算空间电荷效应,从库仑定律和电流连续性方程出发,通过求解带电粒子群在空间某点产生的电场,再考虑到一系列合理的近似,最后得到了轴对称圆柱导体构形的空间电荷限制流的2维一级近似公式,结果显示,对于有限平面的电荷限制流大于经典1维限制流。Abstract: Based on the Coulomb’s law and the current continuity equation, this paper solutes the electric field of the charged particles group at a certain point in space, and considers a series of reasonable approximation. The two-dimensional space-charge-limited flow first-level approximating formula in the axial symmetry column conductor is obtained. The result reveals that for a limited plane the computed charge-limited flow by the two-dimensional is bigger than that by the classical one dimension formula.
