铁氧体加速腔螺线管线圈温度测量
Temperature measurement of accelerator cell solenoid loop

摘要: 利用测温光纤分层缠入到加速腔螺线管线圈中,将螺线管线圈密闭装入铁氧体加速腔,进行与实际的直线感应加速器整机调试一致的加载实验,得到铁氧体加速腔螺线管线圈在加载情况下的温度上升规律。模拟计算以及实验结果表明,在加载时,内层线圈的温升是最高的,从内向外,线圈的温升逐渐减小。为保护实验设备,需要将螺线管线圈的温度控制在60 ℃以下,模型给出恒流电源在输出80 A时加载时间间隔最小应该在17.5 min。Abstract: This paper presents the research on temperature measurement of solenoid loop. The measuring temperature fiber is layered in solenoid loop for the accelerator cell. When the solenoid loop is supplied with high current form a constant current source, its temperature increases rapidly. The temperature fiber can measure the temperature of the solenoid loop and get temperature measurement rule. Experiment and simulation show temperature of interior solenoid loop the highest and it decreases from the interior to the exterior of solenoid loop. To control temperature of solenoid loop under 60 ℃, simulation displays load interval of constant current source with 80 A current should be at least is 17.5 minutes.
