摘要: 直线感应加速器能够产生一个高功率、强流脉冲电子束,该电子束与轫致辐射转换靶作用可以产生一个脉冲的、强剂量的X光,同时会对轫致辐射靶本身也造成烧蚀破坏,甚至洞穿。设计研制了一套激光探测系统,对神龙一号加速器上的轫致辐射靶进行了诊断,得到了0.4 mm钽靶的破坏穿孔开始时刻在电子束打靶后约240 μs处,整个靶穿孔过程持续时间可达1.5 ms。Abstract: The Dragon-I linear induction accelerator produces the single-pulse high current electron beam, which interacts with bremsstrahlung converter target to generate pulsed intense X-ray. The tantalum target may be ablated or even penetrated after the beam-target interaction. This paper introduces a laser detection system to detect the destruction process of the converter target. The experiment shows that the laser beam began penetrating the 0.4 mm thick target about 240 μs after the electron beam striking the target, and the penetrating process lasted 1.5 ms.
