开关抖动对直线变压器驱动源波形叠加的影响

摘要: 以正态分布作为开关延时的数学模型,讨论了多路开关同步工作时,开关抖动、单路输出波形前沿对直线变压器驱动源多路波形叠加的影响。模拟研究结果表明:开关抖动对输出波形前沿的影响与单路输出波形的质量有关,单路波形前沿越小,开关抖动对感应叠加后输出波形前沿影响越明显。考虑4路同步工作的开关抖动为5 ns,单路波形前沿由10 ns增大到80 ns,感应叠加后输出波形前沿平均增量由6.7 ns减小为1.7 ns,因此当单路输出波形前沿较大时追求开关抖动小的意义不大。Abstract: For switch delay of normal distribution, the effects of switch jitter and single waveform’s rise time on the rise time of resultant waveforms are discussed when multiple switches work synchronously. The simulation result shows that the effects of switch jitter on the rise time of resultant waveforms are related to the single waveform’s rise time. The less the rise time of single waveform is, the stronger the effects of switch jitter on the rise time of resultant waveforms. For four switches with the jitter of 5 ns, the rise time of resultant waveforms will decrease from 6.7 ns to 1.7 ns when the rise time of single waveform increases from 10 ns to 80 ns. When the rise time of single waveform is large, there is no use going for small switch jitter.
