行波管电子枪阴极组件的热计算

摘要: 使用ANSYS软件对行波管电子枪阴极组件进行了热分析和结构分析,计算了阴极组件的简化模型的温度和热形变。同时将热分析结果引入行波管设计软件TWTCAD中计算热形变前后电子束的射程、注腰半径、导流系数和面积压缩比的变化,使TWTCAD的计算结果与实验值更为接近。热形变导致电子束各项指标的变化对实际行波管的设计有参考价值。Abstract: This paper describes the thermal and structural analysis of the electron gun cathode and its support structure using ANSYS package. With this package the temperature and thermal expansion of the cathode and its support have been computed. In the hot condition the effects of the thermalstress to the shot distance, waist radius, perveance and compress ratio of the electron beam have been brought out by TWTCAD. Good agreement is observed between the numerical and experimental results. The influences of the thermal expansion of the cathod and its support on the beam behavior werer discussed.The results presented here are beneficial to the design of the TWT.
