Fin-type heat dissipation structure of light emitting diode lamp

摘要: 为了提高发光二极管(LED)灯具的性能,依据LED散热指标,计算了散热面积,建立了LED鳍片式散热模型,最终利用ANSYS软件对其进行了仿真。研究结果表明:当鳍片间距与鳍片厚度比为3∶2、底座厚度与鳍片厚度为1∶1时,散热效果最好;随着鳍片数目和鳍片高度的增加,散热效果也有所增强。Abstract: The heat dissipating area of light emitting diode (LED) is calculated and the model of LED heat dissipation with platy cooling fins is established and simulated by ANSYS. When the ratio of fin spacing and fin thickness is 3∶2 or the ratio of fin thickness and base thickness is 1∶1, the heat dissipating performance of LED is the best, on condition that other parameters are fixed. With the increase in the number of fins and the height of fins, the heat dissipation performance improves.
