摘要: 在对白宝石晶体双折射的特性分析之后,以白宝石为基底材料,设计、镀制了高功率激光系统的窗口增透膜,并对薄膜的表面形貌,如面形、粗糙度进行测量和分析;利用激光形变装置测量了镀膜后的白宝石窗口在强激光作用下的形变,并确定了激光损伤阈值至少为10kW/cm2。Abstract: The characters of sapphire, especially its birefringence, are investigated. The antireflection films(AR) on sapphire are designed and prepared. The film's properties, such as wavefront, morphology, are measured and analyzed. A laser heat distortion experiment is carried out, and the variation of wavefront of coated sapphire and quartz are detected. A damage threshold of at least 10kW/cm2 is determined of the coated sapphire.
