连续波氧碘激光对光伏型锑化铟探测器的破坏阈值

摘要: 通过测量光伏型锑化铟探测器在不同功率密度的连续波氧碘激光辐照下性能的变化,得到其破坏阈值范围为26(089s)~113(14s)W/cm2。 理论上用一维热模型计算了探测器在激光辐照过程中温升和输出信号的变化过程,对实验结果进行了分析。Abstract: The performance change of PV InSbdetector illuminated by CW COIL with different power density was measured.The damage threshold range of the detector wasachieved to be 26(089s)~113(14s)W/cm2.Thetemperautre rise and output signal of PV InSb detector illuminated by CW laser werecalculated with one dimensional thermal model and the experimental result was analyzed.
