Experimental investigation of pulse generator based on electromagnetic induction

摘要: 为了验证基于电磁感应原理的脉冲发生器的可行性,设计了一种小型脉冲发生器试验模型。对发生器的初始磁场与磁芯转变过程进行了分析与计算,建立了发生器的等效电路模型,并结合试验测量的负载电阻电压得出发生器的感应电压。设计的发生器整体直径约70 mm,长度约85 mm,其中磁芯直径为25 mm,长度为25 mm,提供初始磁场的永磁体厚度为10 mm,试验得出发生器感应电压峰值为784.5 V,与理论计算结果基本吻合,验证了发生器的可行性。Abstract: To verify the feasibility of a pulse generator based on electromagnetic induction, a test model of the small pulse generator was designed. The phase transition of magnetic core was analyzed and the magnetic field was calculated. The equivalent circuit model of the generator was established to get the relationship between electric components. The entire outer diameter of the generator is about 70 mm, and the length is about 85 mm. The diameter of the magnetic core in the generator is 25 mm, and the length is 25 mm. The thickness of the permanent magnet which provides the initial magnetic field is 10 mm. A pulse voltage with a peak value of 784.5 V obtained in the experiment is in agreement with the value of the pulse voltage by calculation.
