The theoretical models and the structure designs of the high power diode are described in this paper. The insulator, the structure of cathode and anode, the guide magnetic-field are analyzed and calculated in detail. The space charge limited current model, based on guide magnetic-field and theory of relativity approximation, is used to simulate t he relativity electron-beam and study the influence of diode structure and guide magneticfield on the characteristic of foilless diode beam-current.
