The method of orthogonal experiment was used to study the influences caused by pressure, pressure-holding time, annealing temperature and annealing time on properties of nanocrystalline Cu produced by flow-levitation-cold press process. XRD, microhardness and density test were used to determine some properties (grain size, density and microhardness) of the specimens. The results show that the annealing temperature, pressure and annealing time are the predominant factors to the grain size, density and microhardness respectively. At the same time, the experimental results show high heat stability in asconsolidated samples.
