The first, second and third order integral diffraction coefficients of TlAP crystal were calibrated at 4B7 X-ray source on Beijing synchrotron radiation facility with photon energy ranging from 2.1 keV to 6.0 keV. It is shown that the peak diffraction coefficients of the TlAP crystal are rather high. The first order integral diffraction coefficient tends to increase with the decreasing photon energy. But in the range of 2.6 keV to 5.4 keV, the integral diffraction coefficient is about 1.53×10-4 rad. The diffraction coefficients decrease gradually as the diffraction order increases. The second order integral diffraction coefficient is only 1/4 of the first order, and the third order is about one magnitude lower than the first order.
