State space approach for gas concentration recovery of TDLAS

  • For the gas concentration measurement system based on the tunable diodelaser absorption technique spectroscopy (TDLAS), a state-space strategy has been proposed. The proposed strategy formulates the gas concentration distribution through the state equations, and measures the absorption spectroscopy distribution through observation equations. Further, it coherently treats the uncertainties of the statistical model of the system and the noisy nature of the measurement data. The performance of the proposed framework is evaluated with favorable results.
