The gas-filled hohlraum targets is one of the most important targets in the inertial confinement fusion experiments. There are three ways to fill the hohlraum with necessary gases: filling gas at the same time of or before the shot, or before the experiment. This paper focused on the fabrication of gas-filled targets without gas source. Based on the design of the targets assembly, a seris of gas-filled targets were finished, whose hohlraum materials were Au, plastic and glass. Experiments show that the half life time of the target is no less than 341 hours for Kr-filled glass hohlraum, and the amount of leaded gas is no more than 2% of the total gas in the target within 3 h.
