The frequency spectrum analysis of 252Cf Neutron source is an extremely important method in nuclear stochastic signal processing. Focused on the special “0” and “1” structure of neutron pulse series, this paper proposes a fast-correlation algorithm to improve the computational rate of the spectrum analysis system. And the multi-core processor technology is employed as well as multi-threaded programming techniques of LabVIEW to construct frequency spectrum analysis system of 252Cf neutron source based on LabVIEW.It not only obtains the auto-correlation and cross correlation results, but also auto-power spectrum, cross-power spectrum and ratio of spectral density.
