  • 摘要: 描述了磁开关的原理和使用方法,并结合实例介绍了磁开关在具体装置中的作用。从磁性材料的磁化特性出发,概述了磁饱和现象的机理和特征。 讲解了磁开关在脉冲压缩、磁助器和可饱和变压器等方面的应用。在此基础上,描述了典型的高重复频率脉冲功率发生器、高功率脉冲功率发生器和半导体断路开关(SOS)驱动电路中的磁开关的工作原理。

     

    Abstract: Starting from the basic characteristics of magnetic materials, this paper explains the operation principle of the magnetic switch and, by using simple experiments, demonstrates its effectiveness in pulsed power generation. Typical usages of the magnetic switch are described, such as pulse compression, magnetic assistance, and saturable transformer. Finally, three types of application circuits are introduced, including pulsed laser driver circuit, high-power accelerator driver circuit, and semiconductor opening switch(SOS) driver circuit.
