5FW 软X光胶片响应在同步辐射源上的实验标定

摘要: 介绍了5FW 软X-光胶片在同步辐射源上进行响应标定的一种实验方法, 得到了5FW 软X-光胶片对波长为1. 47nm 和4. 59nm 软X 光的相对响应实验曲线, 并与用理论模型计算的结果进行了比较。

Abstract: An experimental method of response curve calibration for soft X-ray film 5FW on synchrotron radiation source is introduced. Relative experimental response curves for film 5FW to X-ray with wavelengths of 1.47nm and 4.59nm have been obtained, respectively. The experimental results are compared with the theoretical curves .
